Yes! We do offer free shipping sitewide.

At this time we do not offer international shipping, but please stay in touch with us for future announcements via our email and social media.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Typically, all in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Thursday, will be shipped within 5–8 business days (please allow for 1–5 day processing). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Thursday will generally be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

For pre-ordered products, shipping timelines may vary. Each pre-order item will clearly display its estimated ship date on the product page.

Please note that these timelines are estimates. Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the body of law that governs commercial transactions in the United States, a seller is permitted to set reasonable shipping expectations and fulfill orders within a commercially reasonable time, so long as those standards are not misrepresented to the buyer. Additionally, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that sellers have a reasonable basis for any delivery or shipment estimates provided to customers. By displaying estimated ship dates and communicating processing times clearly, we comply with these legal standards and provide transparency without guaranteeing specific delivery dates.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will communicate updates as quickly as possible. Should a product become unavailable after you place your order, you will be notified promptly and offered a refund or the option to select a different product at a discounted price.

Should this happen, please email us within 24-72 hours upon placing your order, so we can update your shipping info.

We understand that mistakes can happen. We guarantee that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue promptly.

Claims submitted after this 24-hour window may not be eligible for review. Once we confirm that a product defect or fulfillment error occurred, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the purchase price, at our discretion.

We offer optional package protection for $12.00 at checkout, which provides coverage in the event an order is lost or stolen during transit.

If package protection is not selected, Club Cosmo’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery. In accordance with standard e-commerce practices and carrier policies, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery, which satisfies proof-of-delivery requirements recognized by payment processors and commerce platforms.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or replacements without package protection. For delivery-related issues, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request an investigation, as the carrier assumes responsibility after dispatch.

Please read carefully before proceeding. Returns are allowed up to 30 days after delivery. After that, we are unable to make accept the return. Every package you receive will always include 1 return label. If this label is lost, destroyed, or misplaced, Club Cosmo's is not responsible for providing a new return label.

An item will always be unisex unless stated as women's in the product title, description and/or collection.

Some of our merchandise display numbers like 84 and 04 on them. This is because Club Cosmo's was founded on August 4th, 2023 (8/4/23). We will interchangeably use 84 and 04 to commemorate the beginning of Club Cosmo's.

Although our discounts do not stack, you can always get free expedited delivery on top of your discounted order if you spend $200 or more.

Care and washing instructions are provided on each individual product page to ensure you know how to properly care for your item. While most products within the same category generally follow the same care guidelines, specific instructions may vary and will always be noted on the product page when applicable.
